This three quart sauté pan features a three-ply construction that extends from the base to the rim, eliminating hot spots for even heating. The 3004 Aluminum core is surrounded by a non-reactive 18/8 stainless steel interior and 18/0 exterior for the ultimate in durability. The sauté pan features a silicone-coated TriVent® handle that is oven safe up to 450°F. The handle's EverTite™ riveting system ensures a rigid connection to the vessel, guaranteeing longevity even in a commercial kitchen. The pan's tall sides minimize splattering, while the wide bottom enables maximum heat conduction.
