This boning knife is a necessary tool for any grocery store, butcher shop or restaurant. The narrow, semi-flexible design will effortlessly follow the natural curve of meat to provide lean, properly portioned cuts of poultry, beef and fish. The boning knife features a razor sharp 6" carbon steel blade for tough durability. Also, it has a black textured polypropylene handle to create a slip-resistant grip for exceptional control, along with Sterishield™ antimicrobial protection to eliminate bacterial growth. Plus, the boning knife can be cleaned in the dishwasher for maximum sanitation.
This protective glove is designed to be cut-resistant. Extra protection is added to this item to prevent bacterial and fungal growth. Each protective glove is made with 13 gauge Spectra® synthetic fibers that allow for ease of movements. The yellow wrist hem will also allow for color coordination as well. Additionally, each protective glove is CFR 21 certified for food contact.
