This boning knife is an important tool for any butcher shop, grocery store or restaurant. The narrow, semi-flexible design is made to effortlessly follow the natural curve of the meat for lean, properly portioned cuts of beef, poultry and fish. The boning knife features a stain-resistant 6" stamped German carbon steel blade with a razor-sharp edge. It also has a white textured polypropylene handle that creates a slip-resistant grip for excellent control, along with Sterishield™ antimicrobial protection to avoid bacterial growth. Plus, the boning knife is dishwasher friendly to ensure maximum sanitation.
This protective glove is designed to be cut-resistant. Extra protection is added to this item to prevent bacterial and fungal growth. Each protective glove is made with 13 gauge Spectra® synthetic fibers that allow for ease of movements. The yellow wrist hem will also allow for color coordination as well. Additionally, each protective glove is CFR 21 certified for food contact.
