The design allows for people with decreased grip strength, wrist pain or hand deformities that require keeping the wrist in a neutral position. Each thumbs up cup is double walled for protection for hot or cold. This mug can be used with or without optional lid, sold separately. The thumbs up cup will hold 8 ounces and leave 1 inch of free space above the liquid to help reduce spillage.
