The Vollrath Curved Refrigerated Display Cabinet - 47 1/4"L x 21 1/4"W x 31"H has dual fans air circulation throughout the unit to ensure even temperature control. It also provides a perfect display and enhances the appearance of food items. Simply showcase and display your favorite dishes or treats in this cabinet.
Users can also place it beside the cashier to encourage impulse buys and increase product sales. There are sliding rear doors in place for easier access for cleaning and maintenance, selling, replacing, or refilling of products. There are also lighting strips located at the top of the cabinet and underneath the upper shelf to create an optimum food display throughout the cabinet. This also ensures that there is sufficient lighting to create the perfect display setting.
There are also triple-glazed front glass sides for strength and insulation. The display cabinet also comes with a digitally controlled thermostat for precise and consistent temperature management.
