Its heavy-duty squirrel cage fan moves more air in less time for uniform baking. The simple, manual controls include a 60 minute timer and temperature control setting from 175° to 500°F. The cooking chamber accommodates three half size sheet pans with 2 1/2" between shelves. And with its small footprint, it is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space. The oven also features a heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a "cool-touch" double wall glass door. The electric unit runs on 120 Volts and has a NEMA 5-15P plug.
