These restaurant pans are a great way to store cold food. The gastronorm containers have a durable polycarbonate composition to tolerate the difficult demands of commercial use. These restaurant pans are developed for temperatures between -40°F to 210°F and are compatible with the Hubert® brand lids, which are sold separately.

These food pan lids have a polypropylene construction to supply several years of reliable use. The NSF cover has a safe temperature range from 20°F to 190°F and is safe for the dishwasher to delivery hassle-free cleaning. These food pan lids feature a solid build with a firm handle for simple removal.
