The Turbo Air MST-72-30-N 23 cu ft 30 Pan Food Prep Table Mega Top Unit - 72 5/8"L x 34"W x 39"H features an innovative Cold Air Compartment' to maintain an even temperature to ensure that the products are kept inside are chilled. It also comes with a self-cleaning condenser, whereby the condenser is cleaned with a rotating brush that moves up and down 2-3 times a day, hence no maintenance is required for 3 years.
The prep table also has a 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board side rail to allow users to have sufficient working space when preparing meals or cutting food. This makes it convenient for users to access their food from the compartment and prepare meals on the table. The cold air compartment has a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain the freshness of the food.
The cart also has easy-grip handles and 4" swivel casters which make it easy to be transported.
