The True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-HC 19 cu ft 30 Pan 3 Door Food Prep Table Mega-Top Sandwich / Salad Unit - 72 3/8"L x 34 1/8"W x 46 3/8"H utilizes a self-contained hydrocarbon refrigerant R290 which is environmentally friendly and has zero ozone depletion potential. It also comes with a 4" diameter clear polycarbonate pans. It has a patented forced-air design with a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
This food prep table is NSF certified and has a stainless steel exterior. This ensures that the table is corrosion and rust-resistant while enhancing its strength and durability of the table. The interior has heavy-duty, PVC coated wire shelves for easier arrangement and organization of food. There is also high-density polyurethane insulation that is foamed in place to ensure to regulate the temperature and keep the products chilled for longer periods.
The insulated lids and hoods keep the pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation and bacteria growth. There are also removable cutting boards throughout the full length of the unit that is made from high-density polyethylene. This allows kitchen staff to conveniently take food out and prepare them on the cutting board.
