The Panasonic SR-42HZP Commercial Electric Rice Cooker - 16 7/8"L x 14 7/8"W x 11 7/8"H has a large cooking capacity to cook sufficient rice for serving customers. It can keep cooked rice warm for up to 2 hours under normal operating conditions. Operating the rice cooker is simple and users only have to press the button to begin cooking the rice.
After the rice is cooked, the unit will shut off. This rice cooker thus cooks rice perfectly and ensures that there is no burnt or undercooked rice. This electric rice cooker is also able to heat liquids, braise, and cook many other items such as porridge and macaroni. It can serve 74 servings of rice, assuming each rice has a 3 oz portion.
There is also a built-in thermal safety fuse that will automatically shut off the rice cooker if it overheats. This rice cooker also includes an aluminum alloy pan that can be lifted for easy cleaning and maintenance. This rice cooker operates quickly and can cook up to 23 cups of rice in approximately 30 minutes. It is designed for commercial usage.
