These Coldmaster® buffet pans offer the convenience of a non-ice cold holding solution with patent-pending color-change technology to let employees know when temperatures are not safe. Each CoolCheck™ container features a non-toxic refrigerant gel to eliminate the need for ice. These buffet pans can be "charged" overnight in the freezer to keep contents at or below 41°F for up to eight hours. When the food temperature rises, the crock will then change from blue to white. These buffet pans are dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleaning.
This Carlisle Coldmaster® pan lid provides a secure closure for easy transport. The seal helps keep food cold at safe temperatures at or below 40°F. This Carlisle Coldmaster® pan lid protects food from any bacteria or cross contamination. This seal has an ABS outer shell construction for extended durability. The heavy duty design is dishwasher safe for fast and easy cleaning.
