These cold food containers are an ideal way to store fresh product. The gastronorm pans have a polycarbonate construction to survive the tough demands of commercial service. These cold food containers feature a black color to help hide wear and tear from daily use. The smooth interior can be wiped clean easily or thrown in the dishwasher to provide maximum sanitation. These cold food pans are designed for temperatures between -40°F to 210°F and are compatible with the Hubert® brand lids (sold separately).
These food pan lids are ideal for restaurants, school cafeterias and hotels. The covers minimize air flow to improve product shelf life. These food pan lids have a polypropylene construction to supply several years of reliable use. The NSF cover has a safe temperature range from 20°F to 190°F and is safe for the dishwasher to delivery hassle-free cleaning. These food pan lids feature a solid build with a firm handle for simple removal.
