The table's interior is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, and features CFC-free foam insulated walls and doors to ensure proper temperature is maintained without over-working the power unit.
With an adjustable solid-state temperature control system, this commercial food prep table allows you to set temperatures as needed depending on the type of food being prepared and ambient temperature in your kitchen. Its digital display is easy to read, ensuring you know the exact temperature at all times. This table also has a condensate evaporator pan, which negates the need for a floor drain, allowing you to simply plug it in and go without reconfiguring your kitchen. It includes (1) adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelf, along with casters for easy mobility. A cord and plug are also included. This table is ANSI NSF-7 and ANSI UL 471 certified for safe food prep.
