Designed to penetrate deeply and lock into food securely, this carving fork holds the meat in place so slicing is effortless. Use it with a carving knife to transfer food onto a plate or serving platter. The carving fork is 7" long, with a 5" long black Santoprene® handle. The tines and bolster are forged of German steel alloy for strength and stain resistance.

This cutting board features a bright white color that designates it should be used specifically for the preparation of bakery or dairy products. The board's high-density polypropylene construction ensures long product life and will not dull knives.
