This Kratos Half-Size Holding and Proofing Cabinet is an affordable solution for safely, securely, and efficiently transporting product. This versatile unit features a holding mode up to 185F and a proofing mode up to 115F. The non-insulated cabinet holds up to 12 full-size sheet pans. The heating drawer can be removed easily for efficient cleaning and maintenance.
