Ensuring increased flexibility and capacity, the table has an exterior made of high-quality stainless steel that can be easily cleaned and offer long-lasting durability. It is fitted with a self-closing single door that is insulated with CFC free, high R-value foamed-in-place polyurethane. With a capacity to hold temperatures from 34F to 41F, this table keeps product at perfect temperatures for preparing meals quickly. It has a capacity of 7 cu. ft. and holds 12 sixth size pans. Central Megatop 69K-010 includes a 1/4 HP cooling system that uses forced air to keep the food fresh. The one door mega-top table has pans that sit flush to the rail for users to easily access them. A digital thermometer helps users keep tab on the set temperature while cooking. Offering a working height of 37", the unit ensures users with a comfortable working position. The 9"D cutting board on the table is removable while its interior is fitted with white aluminum liner. For easy maneuverability, it has 2-1/2" swivel casters installed on it. A full set of clip-on divider bars and 4" plastic pans comes included.
