SHIPPING METHODS

We make delivery easy and seamless. We stock over 30,000 products and ship 97% to 98% of our orders for these items within 24 hours.

Items that must ship by truck because of their size or weight are noted with the Truck Ship icon For these deliveries freight will be quoted. To get a freight quote please add a comment requesting this on your order or call us at 1-866-482-4357 or email at customerservice@hubert.com. On weekdays you will receive your quotation in 24 hours or less.


INSIDE DELIVERY

Carriers do not ordinarily provide inside delivery, therefore, you will need to unload your shipment from the carrier's tailgate. If you need inside delivery, or have other special delivery needs, please discuss them with your Account Service Representative when you place your order.

DELAYED SHIPPING PROGRAM

Do you know what you want to order, but aren't sure how you'll store it until you need it? Hubert can help! Take advantage of our Delayed Shipping Program. It's easy:

  • You order everything you need at one time
  • You decide when you want to receive your order
  • We store everything you've ordered until you need it
  • You will not be billed until your order ships

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Hubert is committed to making sure your order arrives in perfect condition. Orders are inspected when they are packed to ensure that they are in good condition when they leave our Distribution Center. However, accidents occasionally occur during shipping. If you see any damage when your order arrives, follow these steps:

Do not accept the shipment until the delivery person notes the damage on the freight bill. DO NOT UNPACK the shipment. Immediately call Hubert at 1-866-482-4357 to help proceed with correcting the shipment.

If you do not notice damage until after you have unpacked your order, save all boxes and packing material and call Hubert immediately to arrange accordingly. While we cannot accept any responsibility for damages that occur during shipping, we do want to see any damaged shipment issues resolved to your satisfaction. Please contact our Account Service Department at 1-866-482-4357 to help correct the shipment.

RETURN POLICY PROCEDURE

If you need to return an item, we ask that you call our Customer Service Department TOLL FREE 1-866-482-4357 for a Return Authorization Number. This number will help to speed up the return process and ensure your account is credited properly. We also ask that you complete the return information section on the back of your packing list and return it with your shipment. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of special orders, custom merchandise or assembled merchandise.

What about shipping & handling charges?

Shipping and handling costs for small package ground orders are determined by the total cost of the order before tax and discounts are applied.

In stock orders ship within 24 hours

EXCEPTIONS
These shipping costs do not include equipment or other items fulfilled via Air or less than truckload (LTL) shipments. These shipping costs are not applicable for orders placed to destinations outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Contracts for national business accounts may have negotiated shipping costs that vary from the standard S&H fees. Please contact your representative for more information.

Fees for additional services such as inside delivery, lift-gate delivery or express delivery may apply and will be assessed prior to shipment.


How do I check the status of my order?

Click the Track My Order link, located in the menu under the sign in icon. Enter the order confirmation number and your customer number. NOTE: Entering an invalid order confirmation number will clear the form. Click on the Get Status button. In addition to your shipping and billing information and the list of items you ordered, you will also see an icon letting you know where your order is in the order process -- In Process, Picked, or Shipped. If your Order Status shows Shipped, a shipped-on date and the carrier's tracking number will be displayed. To check the status of your shipped orders, click the Track Package(s) button; or click the link to the carrier's web site, then enter the tracking number. This direct link to the carrier eliminates the need for inquiry and follow-up phone calls.

If all your items are in stock they will ship out within 24 hours. Direct Ship (Shipping from another warehouse) could take approximate 2-4 weeks to receive. These items state the longer lead times.

What is the Dated Order Program?

Do you know what you want to order but are not sure how you will store it until you need it?

Take advantage of our Dated Order program to:
Order everything you need
Specify on the order the date you want to receive the merchandise
Have Hubert store your items until you need them
Delay billing until your order ships
Dated Order Program fields are available at check out.

What about Inside Delivery at my site?

Carriers do not ordinarily provide inside delivery, so you will need to unload your shipment from the carriers tailgate. To request inside delivery on your Web order, state Inside Delivery in the Shipping Instructions field at checkout.


Are there Next Day & Second Day Deliveries?

We can ship your order via Next Day Air or Second Day Air. To request this delivery service on your order, indicate the type of service to be used in the Shipping Instructions field during checkout. Orders must be processed before 4 p.m. to ship same day priority service. Please call 1-888-835-7929 for priority shipments to Canada.


Can my order be shipped the same day?

98% of all orders for in stock items ship within 24 hours. 60% to 80% of our orders ship the same day they are ordered. Premium delivery services such as Fedex Next Day and Second Day Air will guarantee same-day shipping. (See Next Day and Second Day Deliveries, above.)


How soon will my order ship?

In-stock items ship within 24 hours of processing. Products requiring additional shipping time are marked as such on product pages on the Web and in the Hubert Source Book. Back orders ship automatically once stock is replenished. There is no need to phone Hubert or reorder the item. An email will be sent to you as soon as our stock has been replenished and your order is ready to ship.


How are International Shipments handled?

While we prefer to work with our own freight forwarders, Hubert’s Customer Service Department will gladly work with your United States export freight forwarder. Please provide forwarders name, address, and phone number with your order. To help avoid delay, please be aware that you are responsible for all customs duties and fees in addition to freight. Shipments going to Canada are typically shipped through our own customs broker. You will not incur any custom duties or fees at the border. We make delivery easy and seamless.

How do I return product?

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item you’ve ordered, we will issue a credit, full refund, or equal exchange. Call our customer service department at 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number will help speed the return process and make sure your account is properly credited. We also ask that you complete the return information section on the back of your packing list and return it with your shipment.

Does Hubert have a guarantee?

Hubert guarantees your satisfaction 100% of the time!

If any product does not perform as warranted, Hubert will:
Accept a return and refund the purchase price, or repair the product at no cost to the customer. Manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. There are no warranties that extend beyond the purchase agreement or the written terms at the time of sale.

Hubert may elect to repair or replace any products not under warranty without waiving any rights. Hubert disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for consequential damages arising from the negligence or other causes related to the design and use of the products is hereby excluded.
