Measuring 12 3/4"L x 6 47/50"W, this lid cover features durable polycarbonate construction with a molded-in polyurethane gasket, which grips the side of the food pan, reducing spills and points of cross-contamination. This will eliminate the need for wrapping pans in plastic wrap, saving labor and reducing costly supplies. The lid is also NSF-certified for food safety and designed to fit standard Gastronorm-sized plastic food pans.
