This honing steel is the easiest way to keep your Shun Classic knives sharp in between daily use. The tool features a beautiful PakkaWood® handle that is durable and won't harbor bacteria. Use the honing steel on a regular basis to maintain your knife's blade. Simply place it tip down on a sturdy surface, line up the blade with the hand guard and gently pull the blade starting from the heel to the tip repeating 3 or 4 times alternating sides.
Every cut-resistant glove is made for heavy duty use. The 13 gauge Spectra® synthetic fiber material provides just the right amount of dexterity. Each cut-resistant glove consist of an extra layer of protection that will prevent bacterial and fungal accumulation. The CFR 21 certification makes this protective item safe for any and all food contact. Additionally, each cut-resistant glove is made in the USA.
