This Hubert® German High-Carbon Steel Slicer Knife with Black Santoprene® Soft Grip Handle - 14"L Blade has a no-slip Santoprene® soft-grip handle for superior control and comfort. It features an 8" long German high-carbon steel blade that helps reduce the need to re-sharpen regularly. The slicer knife also has a 3/4 Tang and an easy-to-maintain, razor-sharp Granton edge for efficient slicing every time.
