Dixie Ultra SmartStock® Classic Knife Dispenser - Black is a disposable knife system that dispenses new knives. The enclosed cutlery will be protected from dust and handling by guests, making it a much more sanitary option. It will also reduce usage compared to open bin systems. This dispensing system will be great for buffets and catering. This dispensing system is narrower than a normal side-by-side installation, allowing efficient use of space and added convenience.

This dispensing system can also be wall-mounted, circled on a carousel for counter use, or be used while freestanding. Dixie Ultra SmartStock® Classic Knife Dispenser - Black comes with a removable tray that can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Utensils and refills are sold separately. The Dixie Ultra SmartStock® Classic Knife Dispenser should be paired with Dixie Ultra SmartStock® Classic Knife Refill - 960 per case. Each refill case comes with 960 knives, reducing the need for frequent refills. Our wide selection of disposable utensils and dispensing systems will help to save time and reduce waste.
