The Instacut™ 5.1 wedger has a durable sled leg design that allows containers up to 6"H to catch food products. The cast aluminum sled-leg base design is lightweight yet strong. Rubber feet on the base keep the unit in place.

The replacement wedge blade is made for the InstaCut 5.1 wedger. Use this 6 section replacement blade to create the perfect wedge. Designed so that it can easily pop in or pop out of the wedger unit. Additionally, this blade is corrosion resistant and never needs to be adjusted.
