The Metro® MyCart™ utility cart makes transporting allergen products or food items easier. The 4 swivel casters aid in steering. This utility cart has an easy to clean smooth surface that has antimicrobial protection. The purple color aids establishing an allergen awareness zone to avoid cross contamination. The utility cart has built-in recessed support channel in the handle to hold odd shaped items.
This 12 quart food storage box is stackable when not in use. Use with purple lids (sold separately) to help prevent cross contact when transporting product. The food storage box is NSF listed clear polycarbonate that is commercial dishwasher safe. Easy to read measure indicators are printed on the outside and has Purple "Allergen Free" on the other side. Able to withstand temperates from -40 to 212, this food storage box is an asset to kitchens.
