The self-closing hydraulic lid closes automatically and silently when gently pressed down. This round chafing dish cover also stays open at 90° or 60° and is removable for quick and easy cleaning. A convenient lifting pin allows the food pan to be removed easily. This round chafing dish features a water return system to keep condensation out of the prepared meal to ensure tasty results every time. When used with the optional frame (sold separately), canned fuel can be used.
