This amber hot food pan is designed according to Gastronorm specifications to help you optimize the space in your commercial kitchen. It is designed with a uniform 1/2" flange that provides a smooth fit that can easily accommodate prep tables and serving station rails. This allows the amber pan to stack neatly without wedging or sticking for easy removal. The 1/6 size pan also features both standard and metric graduations that allow easy monitoring of its contents for refills. Its surface is nonstick so it is easy and fast to clean, whereas its bottom is textured to resist scratching to support prolonged, repeated use.
These Container Lids can easily be used in hot or cold temperatures. The Pan Covers have a deep molded handle to give a secure grip. The Container Lids has notched openings to allow access to spoons or ladles. The Pan Covers can fit on Camwear food holders. The Container Lids are transparent so contents are visible.
