This amber hot food pan is precisely designed to Gastronorm specification. The uniform 1/2" flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails and allows the pans to stack neatly with no wedging or sticking. The full size pan also has standard and metric graduations for easy inventory management. Plus, the nonstick surface increases yield and ensures quick cleaning, while the textured bottom resists scratching. The pan handles -40° to 375°F, including flash freezing and microwaving.
These Container Lids has notched openings to allow easy access to ladles or spoons. The Pan Covers comes with a deep molded handle to give a secure grip. The Container Lids can fit on Camwear food holders. The Pan Covers can hold food in hot or cold temperatures. The Container Lids are transparent so contents are visible.
