The Easy Chopper 3™ is the new and improved version of the Easy Chopper 2™. This model has some subtle yet significant enhancements that make food prep easier and faster. Easy Chopper 3 has a green color-coded blade assembly and push block to easily identify the 1/2" cut size. Revolutionary push-block cleaning gasket makes cleaning the block as simple as pulling 2 tabs, rinsing, washing and sanitizing and thats it. Easy Chopper 3 is easily changed from dicing to slicing by simply purchasing extra blade assemblies, cleaning gaskets and push blocks.
The innovative push-block cleaning gasket makes cleaning the block fast and easy. Just pull on 2 tabs, rinse, wash and sanitize and your finished. Cleaning gasket reduces the amount of time spent on cleaning the block so you can save on labor. Gasket is color-coded to match the blade set and push block it works with so you always have the right size on hand.
