These hotel pans are engineered to Gastronorm specifications and are NSF approved. The tough polycarbonate composition is break resistant and has remarkable resistance to chemicals. These hotel pans are made to withstand temperatures of -40°F to 210°F and can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher for maximum sanitation. Clear covers are available in three styles to eliminate air flow and keep product fresh. These hotel pans feature a slick black color shows less wear and tear and helps food stand out.
