Using color-coded cutting boards in your commercial kitchen is an effective way to create a contamination-free prep station. Colors are often used to identify certain food groups, which minimizes the risk of cross-contamination. This convenient set includes one green, red, yellow and white cutting board. The high-density polypropylene construction ensures long product life and will not dull knives. The boards also have matching non-slip wrap around corner grippers to eliminate the need for unsanitary stabilization methods.
