The food storage box lid has an inner and outer seal that helps prevent spills and cross contact with other product. The purple lid is designed to fit only the square 12, 18 and 22 quart containers from Cambro®. The food storage box lid is dishwasher safe and will endure temperatures from -40 to 160F. Use the corner hole to hang for storage or drying. This food storage box lid is NSF listed.
This 12 quart food storage box is stackable when not in use. Use with purple lids (sold separately) to help prevent cross contact when transporting product. The food storage box is NSF listed clear polycarbonate that is commercial dishwasher safe. Easy to read measure indicators are printed on the outside and has Purple "Allergen Free" on the other side. Able to withstand temperates from -40 to 212, this food storage box is an asset to kitchens.
