This Kratos Refrigeration 69K-810 Commercial Reach-In Freezer is a three-door unit that will hold large amounts of frozen product. Measuring 32 11/16"L x 81"W x 82 1/4"H, this commercial freezer has a 72 cubic ft. total capacity and a powerful 1 1/4 HP compressor that will help serve the needs of your foodservice operation. Each freezer contains (3) heavy-duty polyethylene wire shelves. Outside, the unit is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, and has a white-colored aluminum coating inside the doors for everlasting finish and rust-prevention. An oversized condensing unit and evaporator provide energy efficiency and quick cooling. The doors are self-closing, and have recessed handles for easy accessibility. LED lights on the doors provide increased visibility while in operation.
In addition, this triple-door freezer has a built-in locking system for food safety during off hours. The defrost system is fully programmable and automated, which helps to limit ice build-up inside cabinets. An intelligent "open door alert" system starts beeping when any of the freezer's doors are left open. Holding temperature inside ranges from -10°F to +10°F. A built-in condensate evaporator eliminates the need for a floor drain connection. The freezer uses HCFC and CFC-free R-404A refrigerant. It also includes 4" swivel casters for maximum maneuverability and support.
