This bain marie has a sanitary open bead on the edge for serving. The container holds up to 12 quarts of liquid. The bain marie is made from durable 18/8 stainless steel for commercial use. The metal will not affect the color or taste of food when used for storage. Covers, inserts and table adapters are also available.
