This 8" skillet has a heavy 10 gauge, 3004 aluminum composition that is impact resistant and made to tolerate rough commercial use. The PowerCoat2™ finish protects against scratching and delivers hassle-free cleaning. The 8" skillet also has a handle that is attached with strong rivets using EverTite™ technology to provide a tough hold when transporting. The distinctive TriVent® chrome plated handle has a vented design that decreases heat transfer from the pan by more than twenty degrees.
This aluminum pan cover helps accelerate cooking time. The welded Torogard dipped handle ensures a tight grip and will stay cool to the touch. The aluminum pan cover hand grip also has Agion antimicrobial protection for added sanitation and resists heat up to 180°F.
