The Hubert® Aluminum 1/2 Size Enclosed Pan Rack is a great addition for foodservice establishments and commercial kitchens.
Any commercial kitchen or establishment that prepares bread products will need an enclosed pan rack for transporting both baked and unbaked products. This allows for the highest level of efficiency, saving workers from having to make multiple trips. Besides being time-consuming and laborious, accidents are more likely to happen when a worker has numerous trays in their arms, especially when there is a need to open and close doors throughout their route.
This enclosed pan rack is ideal for use in a bakery. The cabinet will hold up to twenty 18" x 26" pans with a 1 1/2" spacing between pans. This enclosed pan rack is made of an all welded aluminum construction for durability, and the door is mounted with 2 hinges. This enclosed pan rack is made mobile with 5" polyurethane swivel casters, allowing for easy transportation between the different areas of your kitchen and customer service area.

The swivel plate caster comes with a friction style brake. The zinc plated steel creates a high strength, high impact product. Additionally, the plate caster provides a stable mounting base compared to stem casters. The polyurethane wheel is ideal for wet environments and is grease resistant. The swivel plate caster can turn 360° and provides instant response to directional change.
