The Nemco 3/16" Cut The Easy Tomato Slicer II - 18 5/8"L x 7 1/2"W x 9 3/8"H has 4 rubber tipped feet to stop the slicer from moving during operation, keeping your employees safe at work. Other safety features include a changeable cartridge so that the blade stays properly aligned and tightened, and no longer needs to be manually adjusted. The cartridge design maintains blade tension, preventing misalignment. This gives you more time to slice, and minimizes chances of accidents in the workplace. An added feature of this tomato slicer is its focus on an even longer-lasting performance.
The easily-removable cartridge design also ensures that rinsing the blades after use is quick and easy, while the blades' razor-sharp stainless steel is constructed out of commercial-grade aluminum.
These replacement blades are aligned perfectly and never need adjusting. The cutter can have the blade cartridge replaced in a matter of minutes. These replacement blades make pre-scoring unnecessary. The slicer blades are made of stainless steel parts to help stop corrosion. These replacement blades cut slices 3/16" thick.
