With the all-new Waring WIH400 Commercial Induction Range - 13"L x 16"W x 4"H you can quickly and safely cook your signature dishes! This induction range is able to cook everything from stir fry to deep-fried in any compatible pan. The user-friendly controls let you adjust the temperature in various settings. The exterior is made of black, stainless steel for long-lasting usage, and the surface includes small-article and pan detection for efficient energy use. And thanks to its timer, you can keep track of cooking cycles up to 10 hours long.
The induction range features easy-touch controls with 12 temperature settings from 120° to 500°F, (79° to 260°C). It also has dual cooking modes, HEAT (power) and TEMP (hold). The high-end large 11L x 11W Schott® glass cooking surface is large enough to accommodate most pans. There is an empty-pan detection, induction ready pan/no pan detection and a small object detection for efficient energy use too. This 8"Dia fry pan features an encapsulated base for even cooking. The hollow handle stays cool to the touch and has a convenient hanging hole. The stainless steel fry pan has an attractive matte finish with mirror bands at the top and near the encapsulated base. It is dishwasher safe and NSF listed for food safety. The fry pan is suitable for use on electric top, gas top, halogen, induction, and ceramic top heating.
