This Kratos 29Y-050 Gas Convection Oven is double-stacked to provide twice as much space to help you whip up batches of cookies, muffins, and other baked goods. Measuring 38"W x 43 1/2"D x 68"H, this convection oven is gas-powered with liquid propane. It includes a 3/4" gas connection, and has double-pane thermal glass windows to help preserve heat. Each oven includes (3) racks with (11) pan slides per oven (6 racks and 22 slides total). It can hold hot temperatures between 150°F and 500°F, and features an automatic ignition system for maximum efficiency.
The Kratos 29Y-050 Gas Convection Oven is a powerful solution for fast-paced foodservice environments. With its generous 108,000 BTU output (54,000 BTU per oven), this convection oven is sure to hold up to the demands of your establishment. It features 120 volt operation and a 1/2 HP, 2-speed fan motor. Inside, the interior light has an easy-to-use on/off rocker switch for quick visibility of contents. An included (10) position guide rack accepts full-size sheet pans. Each convection oven is ETL certified.
