This eighth size drain shelf is design to keep the contents of your food pan out of liquids to prolong quality and enhance freshness. It is made from clear polycarbonate, which is durable and easy to clean. The drain shelf is designed to Gastronorm specifications and is temperature safe from -40° to 210°F.
This food pan is engineered to Gastronorm specifications. The uniform 1/2" flange width delivers a smooth fit for prep tables or rails. The food pan also features standard and metric graduations for inventory management. Plus, the nonstick interior will increase yield and is quick and easy to clean. The food pan has a heavy-duty polycarbonate build that is temperature safe from -40°F to 212°F.
