Its compact footprint makes it perfect for tight countertop spaces. Its 208-240V system has 20% more power compared to older models, allowing for faster frying times and reduced delays. This fryer has a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, with non-skid rubber feet to prevent sliding on counters. It contains separately wired boxes with a 4' cord and electrical plug. The three-position fryer head allows for easy cleaning and simple pan removal.
Thermostatically-controlled to 375°F (190°C), this countertop cooker features an automatic thermal overload switch, which powers off at 500°F (260°C) to prevent burning food. Its lighted power switch and illuminated oil-ready light keep you aware of when the system is ready for use at all times. It also contains stainless steel wire baskets with cool-touch handles, and a removable element box that is easy to sanitize.
