The Vulcan Heated Non-Insulated Holding Cabinet measures 30 3/4"L x 25 1/4"W x 45"H. It features heavy-duty 20 gauge stainless steel construction, with a full-size glass door with reversible heavy-duty hinges. This heated cabinet accepts (9) 18" x 26" pans or (18) 12" x 20" pans, up to 2 3/4" tall. Fixed interior pan supports are designed to accommodate pan covers for transporting, and are removable for easy cleaning. This cabinet's top-mounted control panel includes power "on" and heater "on" indicator lights, a dial thermostat that is adjustable from ambient to 190°F, and a temperature read-out dial. This control panel is easy to use and is out of the way of your busy floor area. A built-in fan and air tunnel provide even heat distribution. This cabinet includes (4) 5" casters, 2 of which have swivel and braking abilities.
