Use this 16"Dia deep dish pizza pan to make authentic thick-crusted Chicago style pizzas. The pan is made with high-strength aluminum with a durable, hard-coat anodized surface that will not chip, peel, rust or interact with food. The BAKALON® surface is not a painted coating, but an integrated surface of aluminum oxide, tough enough to resist the use and abuse of commercial kitchens. In addition, the pan is pre-seasoned with AMERICOAT® Plus, which offers exceptional ease and convenience, combining the release characteristics of a nonstick coating with the flexibility to use metal utensils. Plus, the dark surface absorbs radiant heat for faster baking times at lower temperatures. The pan also has embossed feet for added stability and is nestable for convenient storage.
