The rack measures 20 1/2"L x 26"W x 34"H which is suitable even for kitchens with a space constraint. Even so, the rack offers plenty of space as it can hold nine 26"L x 18"W sheet pans. The top of the rack also offers the additional space that kitchen staff needs for storage or for work prep purposes.
Each of the runner of this aluminum rack has a 3"H spacing which is front loading for ease of usage. Its bottom is equipped with four 5" diameter swivel stem casters that make the rack easily mobile to increase productivity and efficiency of kitchen staff. The aluminum pan rack can accommodate a total load capacity of 400 lbs. to cater to a wide variety of food products and ingredients. This cross-drilled swivel stem caster can be bolted on either through a tapered hole to passed through a hole and held in place with a lock nut. The blue polyurethane material is non-marking to keep flooring clean.
