The self-closing hydraulic lid shuts automatically and silently with a gentle press down for convenience of self-service. This stainless steel chafing dish includes a spoon holder, cover and water/food pans for a well-organized display setup. The cover will stay open at 90° or 60° for easy retrieval of contents and it is removable for easy cleaning. This stainless steel chafing dish features a glass top to attract customers and to offer easy viewing of contents. The glass top also provides kitchen staff with a window to monitor the food items for refill purposes. When used with the optional frame, canned fuel can be used to keep food consistently warm at serving temperature.
