Mango wood riser has a modular design that can be paired with different sizes to create a larger presentation, sold separately. Use with the straight sided melamine pans to display a wide range of foods. Be sure to not use the riser in hot applications and hand wash when needed. NOTE: Do not use in humidified cases.

The long half size modular pan is made with heavyweight melamine. This allows the pan to be used in cold deli cases or cold food service wells. Be sure to not use them in hot environments. The modular size lets you mix and match with additional sizes to create a display that meets your needs.
