Ateco's set of 4 Graduated Round Cutters quickly cuts through all types of dough. Their sharp, plain edges easily cut uniform-sized rounds without leaving any rough edges. They're a great addition to baking tools for cutting cookies, biscuits, mini cakes, gingerbread, pastries, pie crust, or fondant. They work best with chilled dough. Dip the cutters in flour between each cut to keep them from sticking. Use the smaller cutters to remove the center from the larger rounds of dough to make Linzer tart cookies, open berry tarts, shepherd's pies, and more. They're great for baking with kids and doing arts and crafts, too.
