Instacut™ 5.1 8 section wedger features pop-in and pop-out blade assembly design for quick changing or cleaning of blade assembly. The Instacut™ 5.1 wedger has a durable sled leg design that allows containers up to 6"H to catch food products. The cast aluminum sled-leg base design is lightweight yet strong. Rubber feet on the base keep the unit in place.
