The Vollrath InstaCut 5.1 slicer features 1/2" cut stainless steel serrated blades. The blades require 50% less force than traditional blades and delivers a higher quality of food. with less bruising. A Thermoset blade frame never needs adjusting and is corrosion resistant. The 5.1 InstaCut slicer has cast aluminum sled-led design that is light weight yet strong. Rubber feet hold the unit in place. Additional accessories sold separately.

Instacut™ 5.1 serrated 1/2" cut slicer blade pops in and out for simple assembly. The blade frame is thermoset, never needing adjustment and will not corrode. The Instacut™ 5.1 blade frame is set up with a 5" square cutting area for larger fruits and vegetables. The blades make a clean quick cut reducing bruising and raising the quality level of food presentation.
