The sauce pan comes with a bonded silicone TriVent handle that can withstand oven temperatures of up to 450°F. Its tapered sides deliver a safe, controlled pour to prevent spills. The pot has an extremely durable bottom which is resistant to dents to support long-lasting use in a commercial kitchen.
These saucepan lids from Vollrath are terrific for controlling evaporation and speeding up the cooking process. The 14-gauge covers have a 3004 aluminum structure for tremendous durability.
