This color-coded food storage box allows cooks to easily segregate contents to prevent cross contamination. The Carlisle Spectrum® StorPlus™ container is made of clear red polycarbonate and is dishwasher safe. This color-coded food storage box holds 8 3/4 gallons. The stackable container is 18 x 26 x 6 (W x L x D). Corners and molded handles are reinforced to hold heavy contents.

The Carlisle Spectrum® StorPlus™ food box lid is designed to fit the 18" x 26" food boxes. The snap tight design helps prevent spills and cross contamination. Polycarbonate material is dishwasher safe and has a working temperature range of -40° to 212°F. This box lid has reinforced corners for extra strength and durability. The stackable lid can be reversed and used as a serving or catering tray.
