This color-coded food storage box is roomy enough to hold up to 22 gallons. The Carlisle Spectrum® StorPlus™ container is made from yellow transparent polycarbonate. This color-coded food storage box allows cooks to segregate cooked and raw product. The container has reinforced corners and handles for extra sturdiness. The large box is 18 x 26 x 15 (L x D x H).
The Carlisle Spectrum® StorPlus™ food box lid snaps on tightly to help prevent spills or cross contamination. The reinforced corners help reduce cracks and chipping. Polycarbonate material is dishwasher safe and has a working temperature range of -40° to 212°F. This box lid is stackable and can be reversed to use as a catering tray.
